All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by 4 Apes Films remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables specified in your contract will transfer to you, unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
4 Apes Films shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to deliver excellent results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, lead volumes, or revenue increases.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your contract. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4 Apes Films from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4 Apes Films operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
